William Thomas Bulles Jr., affectionately known as "Dodolly or Lylou" to those closest to him, was born on October 2, 1939.  William passed away at the age of 86, on February 7, 2026.  William worked at Horne Brothers Ship Repair and Home Construction for most of his life as a carpenter.
He was preceded in death by his parents William Bulles and Elizabeth Hall; and brother Samuel.  He is survived by his three sons, Timothy Bulles (Kimberly) of Yorktown, Gerald Bulles (Tina) of Poquoson, and William Flippo (Linda) of Carrollton; his grandchildren, Joshua Bulles, Jeremy Bulles (Kelby), Adam Bulles (Lauren), Daniel Bulles (Mandy), Jessica Mcgee (Bob), Amanda Wright, and Alex; and his five great grandchildren.  Our sweet Dad/Grandad is finally pain free and walking the streets of gold with our Lord.

The family will have a visitation at 9:00 am at Liberty Live Church in the Chapel, 1021 Big Bethel Road Hampton, on Saturday February 14, 2026, followed by a Celebration Service at 10:00 am.
