Wanda M. Cheek, long time resident of Kentucky and Virginia, passed peacefully on November 18th. Born in Middletown Ohio on June 28, 1939. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Cheek, parents, Roy and Dora Mullins, sister, Lela Conley, brothers, Benny Mullins, Foy Mullins and Everett Mullins and son, Jimmy Logdon.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, Lenvil Holland (Jill), Becky Wilson (John) and Michael Mullins. Brother ,George Mullins, sisters, Wilma Watts and Devonna Puckett, along with grandchildren, Travis (April), Christy, Stevie (Justin), Scott (Monica) and Alex.

A special thanks to the Riverside Hospice nurses, especially Debbie, Ashley, and Jennifer for their loving care and patience.

The family will receive friends at W.J. Smith Funeral Home in Newport News, Virginia on Sunday, November 23, at 3 PM. A graveside service will be held at the Mullins Family Cemetery in Frenchburg, Kentucky on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
