Thomas Christopher "Tommy" Westfall, 23, died on Saturday, February 9, 2019. Tom was a 2013 graduate of Kecoughtan High School and worked for Huskey's Body Shop in Gloucester. He loved working on cars and motorcycles and going to car and motorcycle shows. A favorite pastime of his was hanging out with his buddies who were more like family. Tommy was an old soul and did things his own way.

Survivors include his parents, Hurl R. "Hess" and Jamice B. Westfall of Hampton; two brothers, Hurl R. "JR" Westfall, Jr. and his wife Jessica, and Justin B. Westfall; his maternal grandfather, Wayne Boyd; beloved nephew Jayce Chandler Westfall; and several uncles, aunts and cousins. He was preceded in death by a brother Matthew Westfall; paternal grandparents, Jack and Helen Westfall; maternal grandmother Norma Boyd; and maternal grandfather Max Bryant.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 7:30 PM Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at W. J. Smith & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, February 14, 2019 at the funeral home with Pastor Nathan Cecil officiating. Burial will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
