Spencer Hopson , 91, of Gloucester, Virginia transitioned to his forever home that was prepared for him by Jesus on August 18, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Spencer was predeceased by his parents, Lackey and Madie, and his brother Costello. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Mary Hopson; siblings Larry, Lois, and Jean; his sons Vincent and Kenneth; four grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

A graveside service will be conducted with military honors on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 1 PM in Hampton National Cemetery, Phoebus side.
