Our beautiful "English Rose" Mother, Rosemary "Anne" Dilley, passed away peacefully, Saturday March 15th, 2025 in her home with her son Stephen by her side. She was born February 2nd, 1932 in Islip, England, UK.  Her health had been declining in recent years and she was ready to be received by her beloved Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Living descendants, Stephen C. Dilley of Hampton VA, Tina C. Dilley of Los Angeles CA, Traci A. Dilley of Williamsburg VA.

Mom "Nanny" to her grandchildren, Holley E. Fields of Gloucester VA, Jacob C. Greitzer of Richmond VA, Stewart R. Pearce, wife, Tess A. Pearce of Poquoson VA; great grandchildren, Zachary M. Almond (mother, Ryan), Ryder L. Pearce and Garrett A. Pearce, Aksel N. Greitzer (mother, Maria).

Preceding her in loving peace, her parents, father, Algernon and her mother, Constance "Honour" Powell; her husband, Robert O. Dilley;  daughter, Victoria L. Dilley-Stanley.

She loved well and was well loved by so many including her Pastor, Rusty Beck, and many friends of Parkview Baptist Church/The Lighthouse, Newport News, VA

A visitation will be from 10:30 to 11:30 AM on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at W. J. Smith & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will immediately follow at 11:30 AM with Pastor Rusty Beck officiating. Burial will follow at Peninsula Memorial Park.
