Rosemary A. Hewitt, 21, died unexpectedly April 24, 2021 in Hampton Virginia. She was born on December 17, 1999 in Newport News Virginia.
Rosie was the light of her father's eyes and was loved and cherished by many family and friends. That was evident during a special candlelight vigil that was held on Sunday, April 25, 2021 where family and friends gathered to honor Rosie's life. She had a big heart and loved being around kids. Rosie had a passion for drawing and writing poetry. One of Rosie's favorite things to do was camping with her family at Lake Gaston, which she did for many years.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Stephanie A. Shaw, her grandmother, Patricia Shaw, grandfather, Blair Shaw, and grandfather, Clayton Hewitt. Left to cherish her memory is her father, Mark G. Hewitt; brother,  Nathaniel Hewitt; a sister, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
