Owen Habakkuk Lipford, 36 weeks, of Hampton, Virginia went to be with the Lord on November 23rd, 2023. He was born on September 10th 2023 to James and Staci Lipford and knew nothing but affection and the things of the Lord. Being born at 25 weeks, there were many obstacles for him early on which by God's grace he overcame. His happy and loving personality was so evident that everyone who met him fell in love with him.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Jeff Armbrust and  a great aunt Trudi Johnson . He is survived by his parents James and Staci Lipford; uncle and aunt Ezra and Rebecca Hite; uncle and aunt Robert and Lilly Lipford; uncle and aunt Brian and Michelle Armbrust; uncle and aunt Nate and Jenny Laurie; uncle and aunt Steve and Katie Cunningham; paternal grandparents Lawrence Jr. and Robberta Lipford ; maternal grandmother Sherry Armbrust along with nine cousins and many friends. The family will receive friends at Reformation Christian Fellowship on Monday, November 27, 2023 from 9-10 AM followed by a funeral service at 10 AM. Burial will follow in St. Luke's Cemetery in Smithfield. Arrangements by W. J. Smith & Son Funeral Home.
