Myrtle P. Tolson, 94, passed away Friday, July 23, 2021. Myrtle was a peninsula resident for many years and was a member of Asbury Wesleyan Church.

Myrtle was preceded in death by her husband, Paul S. Tolson, of 56 years. Survivors include her sister, Marion P. Robinson, of Newport News; 2 daughters, Cathy Tomlin of Staunton and Lynn Miller (Vernie) of Meadowview; son, John Sirca, of Charlottesville; niece, Teri Cook (Scott), of Newport News; and a very special care giver that loved her very much, George Haugen.

There will be a visitation on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, from 10 to 11 AM at W. J. Smith & Son Funeral Home followed by a funeral service at 11 AM. Burial will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park.
