Linda H. Thomas passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 1, 2024. She leaves behind her three daughters, Sandra Pierce, Theresa Rumley and Stephanie Thomas; a brother Robert M. Hansford, Jr. and she was the proud grandmother of five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was a Newport News native and was employed by Newport News Shipbuilding. In 1992 Linda was involved in a care accident which left her Quadriplegic.

She enjoyed playing bingo and other activities that she was able to do. She was truly an amazing woman and mother that we will forever love and miss.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the family.
