Leslie Denise Gilliam, 46, of Newport News, Virginia, passed away on August 29, 2025. She was born on November 21, 1978.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Kenneth Richard Gilliam and Rebecca Lee Brooks, her grandparents, and her nephew, Kenneth Keller-White.

Leslie loved her five children very much: Kenneth Gilliam, Dayshunia Williams, Dwyane Williams, Desarae Williams, and Travis Williams (Jr.), all of Newport News. She also leaves behind her sisters, Angela White (Greg), Teresa Pittman (Jeremy), and Sherry Gilliam (Robert), All of Newport News, as well as her sister Katie Collins of Kentucky. She will be deeply missed by her numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-newphews.

She will be greatly missed.
