Jean Huber Snyder left this world to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at her home with part of her loving family by her side. She was the daughter of the late, John S. Huber and Jean W. Huber of Smithfield. She graduated from Smithfield High School and Pan American Business School and eventually retired as Administrative Assistant to the Circuit Court Judge for the City of Newport News.
She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas B. Snyder of 55 years; her son, John B. Snyder (Traci); siblings, John E. Huber (Susan), George R. Huber (Janet) and Craig W. Huber (Bonnie); grandchildren, Ryan and Kyle; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 21, 2021 from 4-5 PM at W. J. Smith & Son Funeral Home. A graveside service will be on Monday, March 22, 2021 in Peninsula Memorial Park at 3 PM. Due to COVID-19 requirements masks and social distancing will be required.
