Jane Sharon Montville, 82,  passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025. She was a longtime member of Northside Christian Church and served her country in the United States Air Force. She was also a well known inspiration to her neighborhood of Deep Creek where she lived for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband Albert Montville and she is survived by her daughter Patricia Rushing of Williamsburg and several other family members.

A funeral service will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at W. J. Smith & Son Funeral Home followed by a time of visitation. Burial with military honors will take place at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 15, 2025 at Albert G. Horton, Jr.  Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk, Virginia.
