Harriet M. Praechter Pipp, 89, of Titusville, FL passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband John Pipp and is the mother of her four children: John, Tom, Cindy and Pam. In lieu of flowers contributions may be sent to to your local humane society.
