Frank Stanisz, 52, lost his battle with brain cancer and went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 6:20 AM. He was a Navy Veteran of 20 years. He loved to volunteer with the VCDL and he was an active member of Charity Independent Baptist Church for many years.

He leaves behind his wife, Amy; daughters, Beverly and Ciara; and his sister, Bridgette.

There will be a visitation for friends and family on Sunday, October 16, 2022 from 6 - 7 PM at Charity Independent Baptist Church, 39 Harpersville Road, Newport News, VA 23601. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 12 Noon at the church.

A burial with full military honors will be on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 11 AM in Albert G. Horton, Jr. Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be given directly to the family.
