On Wednesday March 30, 2022, Frances Darlene Randall-Dillard, loving mother, sister and friend slipped into eternal rest at the age of 72, in Newport News, VA after a lengthy illness.

Frances was born June 10, 1949 to the late Cecil Sr. and Mary Randall. She accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of New Bethel Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her siblings James and Madeline Randall.

Frances retired from the York County School system after 23 years of faithful service. Because of her desire to keep busy she worked for many years at Wilsons Farm and due to her love of people she was a constant companion to the sick and shut-in.

She leaves to mourn her loss her loving son, Joseph Randall of Yorktown; five sisters, Delores Beavers, Ella Patrick (Raymond), Celestine Gregory, and Dorothy Downey (Laurence) all of Yorktown and Mary Carter (Michael) of Newport News; three brothers, Cecil Randall Jr and Lee Randall of Newport News, Louis Randall of Yorktown; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 11 AM at New Bethel Baptist Church, 3911 Big Bethel Rd, Yorktown, VA 23693. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Use of mask recommended.
