Elliott James Bradley, 100 years old, went to be with his Lord and Savior on August 13, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, his siblings, his wife Gertrude & grandson Nathan Rauch. Survivors include his son, E.J. Jr./Jim (Christie) and his daughters, Rachel Glowacki (Dave)  & Bonnie Rauch. He had 7 grandchildren, Jimmy Bradley (Kim), Tina Stutzman (Bret), Eric Trimble (Ashley), Shannon Peters (Adam), Brandon Tyler (Paige), Erin Rauch & Axel Rauch. Also surviving are 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

He was a loving and dedicated husband, father and grandfather.

E.J. was a WWII Marine veteran who loved his country, and he was a 40+ year retiree from Newport News Shipbuilding. He enjoyed his yard, vegetable and flower gardening, tinkering in his garage, and above all, his family.

He was a Christian member of Warwick Assembly of God in Hampton. His service will be Friday, August 21 at 11:00 A.M. at Warwick Assembly of God on Todd's Lane. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church. Burial will be at a later date at Albert G. Horton Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk, VA.
