Douglas F. Morrison, 65, a lifetime area resident, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021 after a year long battle with cancer. He was born on March 14,1956 in Hampton, Virginia and was a Crew Driver for Professional Transportation Inc. (PTI) . Doug was a member of Liberty Baptist Church the Hampton Campus.

He was preceded in death by his parents Blackie and Verna Morrison.

Doug is survived by his brothers, Sandy Morrison and his wife, Linda and Donnie Morrison and his wife, Susan; niece, Jillian Moore (Jeff); nephews, Joshua Morrison (April), Jacob Morrison and Adam Morrison. He is also survived by his special friend, Tina Crawley.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, 5310 Milners Road, Suffolk, VA 23434.

Please come dressed casually as that is what Doug would want.
