Constancia Stewart Kilgore, affectionately known as "Connie", was born December 30, 1946 in Wayland Kentucky. Connie passed away at her home at the age of 75 on December 7, 2022. Connie worked most of her life in the food service business while holding many different positions.

She was preceded in death by her parents Woodrow Stewart and Lucinda Stewart; husband William Dexter Kilgore; and brother Woody. She is survived by her brother John; two sons, Timothy Bulles (Kimberly) of Yorktown and Gerald Bulles (Tina) of Poquoson; her grandchildren, Joshua Bulles, Jeremy Bulles (Kelby), Adam Bulles, Daniel Bulles (Mandy), Jessica Mcgee (Bob), and Amanda Wright (Steve); and her five great grandchildren.
